Sober Living
For men who've completed detox or primary treatment and need a structured, accountable place to rebuild — not just a room with rules taped to the fridge.

A real week
What a week actually looks like
| When | What's happening |
|---|---|
| 8:00 AM | Gym time at EOS Fitness — the van leaves at 8:10 AM. Residents who don't go to the gym are up and productive at the same time. |
| 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Productive time: working, in class, or cleaning your room and the house |
| Evening | Dinner varies by house — some houses cook together, some don't (the houses differ in size) |
| Mondays, 6:00 – 7:00 PM | Mandatory house meeting for every house and everyone in the program, taught by Ryan Evans |
| 10:00 PM (Sun–Thu) / 12:00 AM (Fri–Sat) | Curfew |
| Random | Drug testing at the house |
| Mondays and Thursdays | Treatment program testing (UA collection 11:30 AM – 6:30 PM), using a color-indicator system with lab confirmation |
What makes it different
Not vague accountability. This, specifically.
- ◆ Daily accountability, not a monthly check-in — curfews and drug testing are enforced, not suggested.
- ◆ Every resident carries real house responsibilities: keeping their room and the house clean and in order.
- ◆ Daily gym time at EOS Fitness through our corporate account, with a van that takes residents every morning.
- ◆ Peer mentorship from residents further along in the program, not just staff oversight.
The specifics
Concrete details
- ◆ Curfew: 10:00 PM Sunday–Thursday, midnight Friday and Saturday.
- ◆ Random drug testing at the house. Treatment program testing is on Mondays and Thursdays, using a color-indicator system with lab confirmation.
- ◆ No visitors in the house; any night away requires advance approval from house staff. Residents may have their phone during sober living and treatment hours, just not during group sessions.
- ◆ There's no fixed minimum length of stay. Step-down to IOP happens as a resident completes assignments, shows up to group consistently, and passes every UA — residents who stay on top of that move down faster than those who don't.
- ◆ $800 per month.
