Programs
Intensive Outpatient (IOP)
For residents stepping down from Day Treatment (PHP), or those who need structured clinical treatment while working or attending school full-time.

A real week
What a week actually looks like
| When | What's happening |
|---|---|
| IOP AM track | Tuesday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM |
| IOP PM track | Monday–Thursday, 6:00 – 8:30 PM (no PM group on Fridays) |
| Mondays | No morning group. The evening group runs 6:00 – 8:30 PM. |
| Choose one track | Clients commit to either the AM or the PM track, so work, appointments, and transportation can be planned around it |
| 1–2x/week | GOP (General Outpatient) — a lighter step-down track for residents further along |
| Set by assessment | Exact frequency and track (IOP vs. GOP) is determined at assessment, not fixed in advance |
| Step-down path | Day Treatment (PHP) five days a week, then IOP, then GOP as a resident progresses |
| Mondays and Thursdays | UA collection, 11:30 AM – 6:30 PM |
| Daily | House accountability structure continues (curfew, drug testing) |
What makes it different
Not vague accountability. This, specifically.
- ◆ Frequency flexes with the resident — from near-daily IOP down to 1–2x/week GOP, based on assessment, not a one-size-fits-all schedule.
- ◆ Clinical group work stays tied to daily house accountability, not siloed from it.
- ◆ Gym access at EOS Fitness through our corporate account, for everyone in our treatment programs.
- ◆ Direct step-up path back into Day Treatment (PHP) if a resident needs more structure.
