Day Treatment (PHP)
Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). For residents early in recovery, or stepping down from residential/detox, who need full-day structure and clinical support before moving to IOP.

A real week
What a week actually looks like
| When | What's happening |
|---|---|
| Mondays | No morning group. PHP attends both the 12:30 – 2:30 PM group and the 6:00 – 8:30 PM evening group. |
| Tuesday–Thursday | Group, 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM |
| Fridays | Group, 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM |
| Mondays and Thursdays | UA collection, 11:30 AM – 6:30 PM |
| Evenings | Return to house and the evening accountability structure |
What makes it different
Not vague accountability. This, specifically.
- ◆ Five days a week of full clinical structure — the most intensive level of care in the program.
- ◆ Direct integration with house-based sober living, not a standalone clinic.
- ◆ Gym access at EOS Fitness through our corporate account, for everyone in our treatment programs.
- ◆ Clear, criteria-based step-down into IOP once a resident is stable.
The specifics
Concrete details
- ◆ Five days per week: Tuesday–Thursday 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM, Friday 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM, and Mondays 12:30 – 2:30 PM plus 6:00 – 8:30 PM.
- ◆ Clinical staff include LCSW, CMHC, and SUDC-credentialed team members.
- ◆ Typical length of stay: 90–120 days — longer if a resident isn't completing assignments or attending consistently.
- ◆ Accepts Medicaid (Targeted Adult Medicaid and Adult Expansion, fee-for-service) — that's the only insurance we bill directly today. Call and we'll check whether your specific insurance covers treatment.
