The home emphasizes accountability and peer support, creating a community where individuals can share their experiences and challenges. Life skills training, such as job readiness, financial management, and effective communication, is an integral part of the program. Residents are also encouraged to participate in holistic activities to enhance their overall well-being. Our Continuum of Care Addresses Your Whole Health Needs.
We provide a comprehensive range of services including evidence-based substance use disorder and mental health support, targeted case management, employment assistance, healthcare, and physical housing. Our approach includes advocating for and managing individuals’ cases from homelessness and initial assessment through to treatment completion, recovery housing, employment, permanent housing, and self-sufficiency.
At Phoenix Rising Treatment, we understand that while treatment is essential, it alone cannot sustain the long-term, holistic health needs of an individual. By offering supportive services alongside behavioral health treatment, we create lasting positive outcomes for our community. We are committed to using research-based methods to transform the norms in our sector, addressing health disparities and improving access to effective care.
