Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) are located on the same property as our sober living facilities. This central location is a game-changer for our clients. They can seamlessly transition between PHP, IOP, and sober living without the added stress of commuting long distances. Many individuals in the Salt Lake area face the challenge of living in one location, receiving treatment in another, and attending drug court or work in yet another. At Phoenix Rising, we eliminate this burden by providing a one-stop solution where clients can immerse themselves in their recovery journey.
Leadership Rooted in Experience and Empathy
Phoenix Rising is led by a team that deeply understands the complexities of substance use disorders. Our Clinical Director, Terry, brings a unique perspective to our treatment approach. As a retired police officer and military veteran, Terry has seen firsthand the need for increased awareness and support for those struggling with substance use. Her experience in starting a Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) and her personal connection to substance use within her own family drive her passion for helping others in this industry.
Ryan Evans, our Director of Operations, has years of sobriety and education under his belt. His lived experience allows him to connect with clients in a way that few others can, offering them guidance and support that resonates on a personal level. Our staff also includes certified peer support and certified case management professionals who are dedicated to meeting clients where they are and helping them rebuild their lives.
